SHIPPING POLICY

Tracking Products:

Once the product leaves our warehouse, we ask that you please contact the shipping provider for updates regarding shipping and delivery.

Incorrect Address:

Once an item ships we can no longer update your shipping address. Please reach out to the respective carrier, USPS, to change your address.

*IF YOU INPUT THE INCORRECT ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT, PEACHY INC CAN NOT BE RESPONSIBLE IF YOUR ORDER GOES MISSING. WE ARE NOT LIABLE TO REFUND/REPLACE THE ORDER.

Domestic Shipments:

If you haven’t received your package or your order is showing delivered, please follow the provided steps:

  • Please allow 3-5 business days for the package to be delivered. Shipping carriers sometimes mark a package as delivered but will not deliver it until a later timeframe. If the package still has not arrived after the 5th business day, please reach out support@peachyinc.com, as our customer service team can further assist you.

  • If your package is deemed lost in transit or can not be located, please contact us via email at support@peachyinc.com and we can further assist you.

**Please note, we are not responsible for stolen packages.

International shipments:

International shipments can take up to 30-45 business days to be delivered.

We cannot be responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply in countries outside of the United States. The responsibility is yours to check to see if your country allows the shipment of products you ordered (or wish to order). Any duties or taxes that may apply to your order are also your responsibility.

If for whatever reason your order is seized by customs, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in the original condition per the return policy.

REFUND POLICY

Within 30 days, if you don't love the product, head to https://aknln1234.returnscenter.com/ and we will take your opened product back absolutely free for a store credit, equal to the cost of the product you are returning.

We only offer cash refunds on unopened products.

International returns: If you pay to send the item(s) back to our warehouse in its original condition, we will happily give you in-store credit for the retail value of the item once we receive the order back at our warehouse. Please be sure if you are returning the item(s) back to us, you provide us with the tracking number for the return order. 

**Once you fill out the return link, our warehouse will approve or deny your request within 2-3 business days. Once approved you will receive a return label via email to ship your product(s) back to us.
